Since joining EDF Luminus in August 2012, Bruno has been a strong link in the digital transformation of our company. He first held the position of Director Digital & Smart Transformation - an entirely new function at the time designed to prepare our business for the challenges ahead. Bruno was then appointed Director Commercial & Digital Transformation in December 2015. Bruno has more than 20 years of experience from different industrial backgrounds and has been at the heart of the digitalization of large companies such as ING, Ogone (Today Ingenico) and Brussels Airlines.

After the merger of VEW with RWE, Jürgen was appointed Managing Director of RWE Trading GmbH. In 2002 he became Executive Board Member and Chief Integration Officer in RWE Innogy plc. In 2003 he moved to the RWE Npower plc. branch, where he held the positions of Executive Board Member and Managing Director Asset Management & Renewables.
In 2005 Jürgen joined ClearVision Advisory Ltd as Managing Director and he has worked at EDF Luminus as Corporate Director Optimisation and B2B since 2007.

In April 1998, she joined Puracor NV, the coordination centre of the Puratos Group, as Legal Counsel and in 2000 she became Legal Manager of AdValvas Groep NV.
In October 2004, Véronique Vansteelandt was recruited by Sabena Technics NV as VP Legal Affairs and she has worked for SPE NV, currently EDF Luminus, since 2007, first as Director Legal Department and now also as General Counsel.
