Act in favour of equality between men and women
The remuneration system for EDF Luminus executives, based on a strict evaluation of the positions, promotes professional equality between men and women, guaranteed by collective labour agreement N° 25.
Since 2012, actions have been taken on a yearly basis to enable women in senior positions within the company to take a step back from their role as leader or manager. These actions contribute to the promotion of the career development of women within the company.
Welcome people with disabilities
EDF Luminus appointed a disability contact in 2011. This person is the contact for staff members with a disability. This person ensures that people with disabilities feel welcome in the company and that all possible difficulties are identified by the services concerned and addressed in the most appropriate manner.
To help the EDF Luminus staff better receive people with disabilities, a practical guide (in French) has been distributed among the staff members, as reserve or inexperience may sometimes result in inappropriate reactions to persons with a disability who just want to make themselves useful.
